Position: Volunteer Front-End Developer (Web Development)
Location: remote
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web interfaces
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Implement front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) to enhance interactivity and user experience
- Ensure web applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and compatibility across different browsers and devices
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
