Freelance character concept artist [220$ budged] job

Hi. My name is Xavi and I'm looking for a jr concept artist that wants to help me create my first mobile game.

The game is basicalli a simple beat'em up for mobile, similar to the classics but created to be playable with 2 buttons, atack left attack right.

The project consist in create 6 characters (for a beat'em up android game) based on a text description and image references.

The ideal workflow for me would be (for earch character)

2- I choose one of them.
3- The artist creates the final concept front + back view (http://www.gamearthub.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/timurm-claire.jpg) full color.
4- The budged for all 6 concepts is 200€ // 220$
