Hello. My name is Shannon 'Hypnosis' Brown, and I am Executive Producer for an upcoming science fiction horror FPS game that is currently being developed on Unreal 4. I was previously a level designer for the game No More Room In Hell (winner of PCGAMER GOTY MOTY, and winner of Moddb MOTY), one of the most played mods in the world, and also author to nmo_Junction, an official objective level on NMRIH. I have since started my own company with several of my peers from NMRIH, and now our project is coming to fruition, and we are working towards our Kickstarter campaign. We are a team of reliable, dependable, highly motivated individuals who are very passionate about developing video games. We are also a team of creative individuals who are self-motivated, and create unique, and captivating projects. We have members from all over the world, and we would like to fill the position of 'Character Artist'.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating concepts of characters from guidelines, and basic needs of the game.
- Creating characters from concept to completion (This includes unwrapping, baking, and texturing), that is completely game ready, and meets performance requirements, and technical specifications.
- Attending meetings with staff on Skype.
- Keeping a highly professional attitude at all times.

Requirements for the position are:
- 1~2+ years experience in this specific field. Previously shipped retail game, or team-based modification background is a plus.
- Excellent grasp of human, creature anatomy, and evolutionary features.
- Expert level knowledge of Autodesk 3DSMax, Maya, Zbrush, Mudbox, and Photoshop. Substance Designer, and Painter experience is nice.
- Experience with rigging and animating.
- Very hard worker with great communication skills.
- Lots of free time, and also free time for the foreseeable future.
- Strong artistic knowledge.
- Strong portfolio of characters.

Thank you very much. - Shannon Brown.
