Ai Programmer Needed for 3D Horror Project job

I am currently working solo on a 3D Horror project, and I am finding it difficult to learn Unity's scripting. Programming doesn't come as naturally to me as animation and writing do. What I need is someone to at least help me figure out the AI scripting for the enemy character. Everything else I'm doing myself, which isn't the highest quality but is at least usable.

Rev Share or Profit Share is the best offer I can make right now, open to negotiating but my budget is very limited, pretty much to whatever this project pulls in for this version and future versions. This is only a Beta for the first Demo, outlining and showcasing what this project can be and what it will look like. So the AI is very important, as most of what sets this project out from the sea of horror is the AI and it's intelligence, the creature's ability to out-think players and come at them in a variety of unexpected ways to keep them on their guard at all times.

I know I don't have much to work with yet, but I will say I need investment. I need someone who can give this at least a portion of their time and deliver consistent results. Timing is whatever, there's no crunch here and I get programming is tedious work, but I need someone who will consistently deliver results to completion.

Open to keeping you on for future versions, which will get bigger and better.
