Since our last post, we've updates the card set to accommodate all sorts of different game formats: 1v1v1, 1v1v1v1, 1v1v1v1v1, 1v1v1v1v1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 2v2v2 multiplayer variants among others, as well as Sealed and Booster Draft!
We've also removed the Intimidate mechanic, as it pushed defensive and passive strategies, and replaced it with two pro-active interactive mechanics: Pierce and Spreadshot X. You'll learn about both mechanics in this episode of the tutorial.
The general game design structure is increasingly stable at this point, a variety of different strategies are supported and none is over performing compared to the others.
We're now moving into the next stage of Multiverse: Cosmic Conquest development, by focusing on creating artwork for the individual cards as well as marketing towards gamers to try out the game.
