The Waterfowl People, a Finno-Ugric mod for CK2 version 3.3.2.
Features added in this version (0.3)
- Added provinces to Nenetsia, Yugra (Siberia) and in Finland
- Finno-Ugric names for provinces and titles in modern-day Russia
- New characters and bloodlines
- Added Northern Crusades with a new bookmark from 1208, with the holy war against Estonia
- Complete overhaul on title and province colours
- Fixed history and bugs from the previous version
- Eastern Trade routes (Austvegr)
Many new updates are planned, for example, province CoA reform, new societies, religion flavour etc. This patch marks the end of phase one where we can build the mod further. We are still looking for people who are interesting in developing the mod.
Interesting. Any chance of HIP version?
I have had that idea on my mind for a while. I prefer to focus on vanilla over HIP, but would gladly allow HIP people to use it.
I am liking the new rivers in northeaster Europe. Some of them look very failure. =)
Also merchant republics are wanting to build trade posts first in the Caspian/Lake Ladoga/ect. Then build trade posts anywhere around the Atlantic/Mediterranean. Because it is super cheep for them to do that.
It appears that merchant republics don't understand it when ports are isolated on the other side of a major river.
In the past the best solution that I have come up with for this particular bug is to connect these areas back to the sea. This can be done by removing a line of rivers province IDs between one area and the sea from the river section of default.map. e.g. removing the southern 2 river provinces for both the Don and Volga will fix the Caspian.
