-In this mod New York City is released as its own playable country at the start of the game, with its on NewYorker culture and unique ideology flags. The United States starts friendly with New York, and New York starts with a small army and one ship navy. The geographical location and large population will allow this small country to be a potential major colonial player
Installation
-As with every other mod, extract both files from the zip file into the mod folder
