LUA is a coding language that is very user-friendly and is compatible with the psp. GML is the GameMakerLanguage which is used when making games with GameMaker, and is not compatible with the psp, only for computers running Windows and possibly Mac Operating Systems. I hope this answers your question

Is the 3g+wifi ps vita and the wifi ps vita the same?
The only difference is the connectivity of each one, the 3G+wifi vita is more connectable to the internet in more places, while the wifi vita is less connectable in places. Also there is a difference in the pricetag, so evaluate what you want and would use and buy the vita that best suits your needs
