I have never encountered that and I have no idea how to fix it. Seems like the game has a memory leak like Bloodlines and the only solution is to restart it every 2 hours or so. In the next patch update I will include the RU 2.1 game.dll, maybe this fixes it.

I don't know what a C1 speaker is, but for now we have no voices at all in the mod. This will probably the last thing we add, if ever ;).

The other two DeepShadows games, White Gold and The Precursors have the same problem, so it is somehow connected to the engin.

Sadly this was always like that. You might try tinkering with the game.ini or check the Steam bords where somebody else discussed this problem!

That is not normal. If they have purple hair textures are missing, if you see colored cubes a save is incompatible. If you play from Steam make sure you use the correct launch option: -game Unofficial_Patch

That is a false positive that sometimes happens due to different compression.

I never heard this before, it sounds as if texture sizes are not correct. Do you have any other mods installed? Are you on Linux or something?

1. Certainly they know where the plates are and kind of step around them. I could probably make them trigger them too, but then the map would become quite easy ;).

You need to restart over with each new patch. If you want to continue your old game, just revert to the old patch version.

You probably continued an older save which you mustn't do.

That is weird. Did you play a long session in one go? Because the game is known to act up then. Can you replay from an earlier save?

1. I can't reproduce this. Does is only happen if you break some of the glass windows?

Yes, the radio subtitles will be off if you turn the radio on and off or load an earlier save. Nothing can be done about this.

You need to find where Steam is installed on your system. It defaults to drive C, but I have it installed on drive F for example.

I'm not working on anything right now, but I made the Theme Doom Patch years ago and just recently updated it to work with GZDoom and the like...

Then you don't have the game installed correctly.

You need to point the installer to the correct folder. It starts with the Steam default but it might be on a different drive and folder on your system!

About the sheriff, once you defeat him you need to use the doors on the roof in the plus patch to get to the prince. I never heard about the Chateau problem and ît works fine on my system. Also there is no taxi map during the endgame!

I tried the options approach years ago but bug fixing became a nightmare afterwards as everybody was using different combinations. Now for the rest:

- I renamed the combat feats to differentiate between the Melee stat and Melee feat, so I had to rename the others to make it look consistent.

- Trance only disables people for a time, Sleep takes them out forever without killing them, which gives a stealth bonus on multiple maps.

- The view should not change when using a discipline and hand casting was shown for Dementation in one of the beta videos so I restored it.

- Limiting the swinging cables to the Batshit history is a good idea, so I will do it right now! But nobody else ever really complained about it ;).

About the auras, the ghost auras were visible before the ghost itself, so I fixed that. And Beckett's wolf form didn't have the vampire aura.

As for the biohazard suits, I don't know what kind they are supposed to be. If these are full plastic it would be quite hard to get through.

Sadly Kent's drivers license broke something else in the game and I had to remove it. You will find notes from him though in the latest 11.5 version!

1) This change was necessary because he gives you early access to a Glock now, which wouldn't make sense if you didn't know he sold weapons.
2) This check was restored to the original condition which uses Perception.
3) He should mention this regardless of whether you used Persuasion, main condition is that Dennis and his goons were not killed by you.
