It's intended to be that way, much easier to develop. If you find them overwhelming, increase the delay between spawns, it will mostly achieve what you want. Also squads should ignore safe levels such as bar or bases

The reputation has nothing to do with that, the mod doesnt change it
Update 1.4 fixed wrong translations

You can turn off the monolith in MCM

If you decline them, they become enemies and the usual stalker AI kicks in, so its AI issue

Hello, the mod is in finished state and won't be developed further. Thanks for feedback :)
The artefacts are situational and we're designed as such. If I were to make them equally useful I would end up with 30 variations of full empty
