The initial map we are working on will have a city in it with taller buildings, but we're not sure how high we'll make them yet. Several stories (10+) more than likely though at least.

There is still a lot of improvements we'll make to the vegetation. Pretty much everything you currently see will be replaced - we consider the game pre-alpha still.
Yes. Someday we'll make objects destructible so that wouldn't work.
Which effect(s) do you think should look better?
The drivers kept running into things and popping them, so they were driving on the rims - which shoot out the sparks and have the screeching noise.
The simple answer is because I wanted to use it.
It really depends on what video quality setting you want to run the game at. If you run it on Ultra it's very intensive, but you get stunning visuals. If you lower the quality down, it still looks great, but will run a pretty low-end hardware. You can see the system requirements on this page:

Each weapon will have a list of attachments that can be applied to it, so they will make sense. So, in your example, no, you can't add a scope to an axe.
We've activated your account. Live.com and hotmail.com (and a few others) all block our emails for some reason.
The dirt will be added in CryEngine as there is a material layer for it we can use. The above images we're made from the modeling package instead of CryEngine, so the CryEngine ones will look quite a bit better when finished.
It is definitely different from the Wasteland mod for Arma.
These are just one type of arrow. We plan on having homemade looking crafted arrows as well.
Thank you for all of the comments!
No. I'm not a fan of the free to play business model as you have to try and then support the entire game through microtransactions.
Unfortunately there isn't a version of CryENGINE that runs on a mac that we know of.
If you're referring to the way your character looks, yes.
Not necessarily. There are already a couple of MMOs that run on CryEngine, but it will all come down to how well the game and the environments are optimized.
It is a multiplayer only game, but if someone really wanted to they could eventually have their own server and just run around in it by themselves.
That all just depends on the engine you're using and how you want it implemented. It will vary greatly between games.
Thank you! Yes, the team that's working on the game is very good - and very fun to work with. We have no plans of stopping work on the game. We want to play it as much as everyone else, so we're very motivated.
Chompster, we will make sure it's a logical system that isn't annoying to the player. If, for some reason, it isn't working well we would remove it.
Thank you! The concept artists have been doing a fantastic job. We have a lot more we'll be releasing over time as well.
It is using the CryENGINE3 engine, which I don't believe has a native port for the Mac yet. Perhaps someday.
Thank you for the suggestion. I'll definitely do that next time.

Miscreated is now on ModDB and we're looking for several key people to help us still.
Miscreated is a brutal, post-apocalyptic, survival-based multiplayer online RPG set in the near future that was originally inspired by the popular mod for Arma II, DayZ.
Game Overview:
The year is 2089. The Earth is in ruins from two major nuclear wars. Civilization has collapsed and the majority of mankind has been wiped out. Each day is a struggle to find food and water to live, weapons for defense, and gear to withstand the harsh unforgiving wasteland that was once earth. The city centers and areas once called home and work are now populated by grotesque mutated humans, minds rotten from radiation and sickness. Bandits fight for control of what’s left, executing everyone they come across or using them for slave labor and food. This is the world as it exists today, there is no law. Kill or be killed. Survive or Die.
