No you don't need to say anything in particular. And yes, the light is supposed to go of when you are running.

Sorry about the crashing. I've never had that happen to me before. Also, the bobbing shouldn't be that fast. I'll try to fix those to glitches though. Thanks for doing the Let's Play!
