I'm real happy that your personal style of playing works for your personal feeling of immersion. I kinda figured out for myself that if I don't use healing artefacts, I won't be healed faster. What I'm asking for is help with how to reduce their healing factor.

Feel overpowered. If I use one, I can easily survive almost anything. With two or three, I become god of the zone. I already nerfed the health regen of the actor, which felt almost as Call of Duty, recovering in full a few minutes after a battle with 4 soldiers was no fun. Not using or just selling them destroys my immersion, I want to feel artefacts are useful.

Hello, Stalker. I have been trying for a few weeks now to reduce the healing power of healing artefacts (i.e. make them heal actor much more slowly), but to no success. I can extract files from the DB but apparently they work differently from vanilla Stalker. Can provide help, please?

Is there a way to reduce healing speed? I tried reducing satiety_health_v , but apparently this does something to UI and inventory screen goes displaced.

It's in Sidorovich's bunker, in the basement where you first wake up at the very beginning. It's right next to the stairs, on your left side when facing them from inside the room.

Anyone here can advice on how to remove zoom when aiming from weapons that don't have a scope attached? I tried extracting the databases in gamedata folder but when I try to load a game I get a crash with "Can't find variable" errors.

Jasper, if you're the same guy I spoke to back then on the ModDB forums about wrong scope zoom on a 4:3 display (I'm the fellow that ran out of beer measuring zoom on-screen as per your helpful advice), I and my sanity would be immensely grateful if the table in question gets included with the documentation of the mod.

Seems Static and default Graphics settings does the trick, although it's damn annoying to switch between Static and Dynamic every time I enter the swamps. I hope this gets fixed in further builds. Much obliged for the help, d4v33edz!

When I try to go from Cordon to Swamps (Болота), the game crashes to desktop and I get this:

Hello and thank you for the great mod, LWO team! I'd like to know, is there a way to compare weapons? Because right now all I can see when I hover mouse is their description, weight and condition, but no direct numbers showing damage etc. For example, which of the two hunting shotguns is better in terms of damage? Would an AK-74 hit harder than a NATO rifle?

Topol's mission (psy emissions in the tunnel): I have been in the tunnel and killed the Controller before accepting this mission. Yet, when I go there with Topol's group, they still get possessed after I grab the artifact and this time there is no controller to kill to free them from the psychic grip.

confirmed: on Springboard anomalies the Veles detector emits a warning beep, and on all others - it does not.

Thanks, nashathedog! Detectors do provide Geiger-counter sounds when irradiated, but about the anomalies, I believe it may be a bug since once when I got dragged into a Whirligig and managed to escape, the detector did start beeping when I was close to it (but only it and no other anomaly). To confirm things up, do the detectors NOT detect anomalies by design and should I look for other devices to do so? And by the way, С новым годом!

Hi, I seem to be missing the sound warning from detector when I am close to an anomaly. Tried with Echo, Bear and Veles and no luck - although in the descriptions of all three detectors it is clearly stated that in passive mode the device will register anomalies. I checked the Sound folder and in the Detectors directory there are only Geiger-counter sounds. What gives?
