I've tryed to play but SCFA doesn't recognise it! WHY? (I've read the readme.doc)

I would rather see cloak generators primal ability to cloak everything in its range. If you ask me why: it's more simply to use (user friendlier).
I would also like to know: why are structures so different from original RA2?
