My guess is that it has something to do with the Call of Duty World at War zombie mods first map, Nacht der Untoten.

No gears starts just fine, I just can't seem to start the mod itself, can't say I ever tried a Gears PC mod.

Being a recorder sounds like fun, the only problem I have is the fact that I can't start it...
