hi, the issues you've mentioned makes me think that you're using the outdated eft bas patch from this one Moddb.com, check if you're using that, if so then disable it and use my patch instead so it works properly with latest bas update (25-Oct-2022), you still can you use other patches that were made by sneaky inside his addon but not the bas one

just install my patch after BAS, you don't need the bas patch from EFT-weapon_reposition.10 since it's outdated and can't work properly with latest boomsticks and sharpsticks update (25-Oct-2022). also yeah main eft reposition must be installed before BAS and my patch.

fixed the alt aim problem as for the lowering idk how and why it causes that

there is already an addon for that so i didn't bother to add it too just search in addons section and you'll find it

and i forgot to mention that you need to delete these following files: saiga12s_isg.ltx, saiga12s_m1.ltx, saiga12s_m2.ltx
they can be found in gamedata\configs\items\weapons for this addon, this way you will fix the aim position but you ll have default weapons position instead of eft repos so use it as a placeholder until i'll make a patch for that addon

i have no knowledge of dltxing, although, i can't really see why this needs a dltx version
