Any info from the "Crash Report.txt" the game generates when it crashes?

Good point. Basically, this release adds 15 AI rivals.
I'll try remember to post patch notes in future.

I'm running Windows 8, so it should work.
If the game crashed there should be a "Crash Report.txt" file in the root. Give me some information from there.

Haha, weird! IndieDB logged me out when I made the comment and it's now a guest comment. Oh well.

Depends. If the real video has enough comments I could do that, but I'll leave the random ones for videos that only have a few comments or comments disabled.

Also, I plan on taking the robot invasion thing a bit further later, but right now it has no effect on the game.

The current random events are:

Video suspended
Channel suspended
Lose subscribers
Cost of living increased
Lose job
Have to work overtime
Lose all unreleased videos
Get promotion at work (need to work more hours)
Robots take over the planet
Found small change in couch
Win a beauty contest
Gain subscribers
Cost of living drops
Channel suspension lifted
Video suspension lifted
Free class given

Boring when just written out, but hopefully they'll be a bit more interesting when encountered in game ;)
