Will you support Humble Bundle?
May i have one?
Not at all. If I am correct you should have your Humble Bundle page. There you can get the DRM-FREE updates, and if I finally post Islanded on Steam a key will be delivered there too.
I really need to considerate Early Access now. Desura was a support for the development, and now that is practically gone...
I have to think about what will happen in the coming months.
Im not charging money, Islanded is one of the few games in "Early Access" or "Unfinished" that is free during Beta. I think you got a totally twisted comment.
Not in this build. It's the next thing to implement
Whatever you think that can improve the actual game is totally appreciated.
Islanded uses Unity, so is not a tech demo. Alpha is for the base game, Beta will include some big features and full release, is full game with updates.
Absolutely. Soon will a version for Mac. Expect a lot of bugs. Just give me some time! :)
Is very rewarding to read such comments, thanks.
Multiplayer and Coop is planed for Beta. Mods and other questions in the FAQ: Bit.ly
There are no plans to implement a 3rd view, it's an idea that exist, but is not planed.
Working to create a option to disable motionblur.
Will be free during "Early Acces". I don't approve to pay for something that is not done. Until release (months and months) will be totally free.
Mac support is on the way. After Linux, will come Mac.
Mistake. Windows 32bits dosen't work. It's only 64bits. Update 0.0.4.1 it's on the way to resolve that.
Thi is what says in the update. Read that before you play. If your game work, that's fine. Next update include workshop recipes and other stuff. This version is to be sure that the game works without problems.
Im just gonna show you some test of this update: "Islanded will support Mods?
The game is made with Unity, and is not a very friendly-mod supporter. Too enable mod compatibility is necessary a “build from 0” API, actually is not even in the list of things to do."
Great! But remeber that at least, this build is a test systems build, read the "Know bugs and game limitations" of the news. Be sure to remember that!
I never will make to pay nobody to play this game at they state right now, even in Beta. When the game is ready to have fun for a time will be worth it to pay for it.
Cost, don't expect more than 12$ game, all depend of the stores and distribuiton.
July 27, 2014. This sunday, actually. Will be on Desura to download and standalone(ZIP). And will be free.
Crafting is already implemented, will come in the Alpha 0.0.4.0 that will be released July 27th on Desura for free. Building will come later, with the possibility to build anything, to basic forms to complex houses.
Cool style! But there is a bug on the replay, on track 2, the game think that you make the 3 lap when replay starts, so when you pass the start line, the game just show you the menu.
Zombies and Dragons? What I say is that is gonna be realistic, the game will not have any zombies or dragons.
About the history, you will be in the island before an accident, it's gonna be your first day. Maybe a few cinematic with the accident at the start would be a good idea. For the "secret" history, right now i don't have plans to make a big background history, but it's one of that things with possibilities.
And "record the time" or count the days, as I say early, it's not one of the first things i whant to do, but is totally necessary.
Don't worry. I try to make a real survive game. Not another survive with Magic Zombies that appear for no reason. ;)
Right now, I don't know. I try to have a terrain large enough, detailed and ready to be played. For a real release I really don't know, but maybe a small and buggy Alpha can be released before summer.
If you like this kind of games, you are gonna love it! Thanks for that track!
