I installed it as administrator and from the MODDB page. I am not sure if it has the latest patch. I wouldn't know where to find it on the internet. I bought the game retail from amazon. There is a possibility my Misery Mod download did not download properly so I will try it again.

I just downloaded Misery mod and, while the game worked fine before, it now crashes every time I try to open it. I tried deleting the user.ltx file and uninstalling the windows update KB2670383. After all of this I rebooted. Nothing worked. Please help.
