Not a modpack at all, you dont seem to know anything about how bloated cinematic mod was, of course the release of this is gonna be buggy. You can't seriously expect youve any right to give criticism without even trying it because muh filesize. The original was like 60+gb, its a miracle this dude trimmed it down by half.

Been stuck on the push to the sarcophagus, infinite ammount of choppers blasting my *** with no cover, aim botting rpg-ers, chimeras. Is this even doable at all? Obviously the sequence is similar to vanilla soc, but even at the easiest Radiophobia difficulty, I don't think its physically possible to get past this part.

Lol it would be cool as hell to have they hunger in vr, but It's a big undertaking to try to port it to the hl2vr mod or something.
Here I put the levels into it for lols. Youtu.be Could just edit the levels with reskined hl2 enemies and make custom models for weapons. Still would take work though
Any news on this? The instructions on the vr mod basically say to use a launch command to point it to an additional mod dir, but when I merged everything from this mod into one dir I only got some of the stuff being hd ingame. Its not loading it all for some reason

Oh also I played without the car, it didnt spawn when i just played from chapter one. When I played the chapter later i realized theres supposed to be a car there.
The gunplay feels amazing and the setting and everything. This is such a good mod!
You can just install the new version of gunslinger and add gamedata from this on top of it.

put a 0 instead of a 1 at the end of 'em.
blowouts can stay enabled I think. If you crash when they happen you can set the opt_enable_blowout to 0 too. Also you gotta start a new game for any of this to work. Also try dx10 enhanced render or one just above it enhanced render (not dx10) and texture slider at 25-50 percent.

So, wanted to apologize cause some people kinda took my comment from a week or two ago the wrong way, in case they didn't see the reply - about the sprinting delay and some bugs, I was just mentioning them in case they went unnoticed
I also I admit I was frustrated with the sprinting delay so maybe that's why I seemed entitled or hateful or something, first time I had my comment buried hah. Guess there's a first time for everything, even if it wasn't intentional. I just think you guys jumped to conclusions and defending the mod even though I wasn't attacking anyone.

Also the descriptions for thw guns and some other text is broken. As well as the intro video. You could fix the mismatched subtitles while youre at it.
Working well now with atmosfear stuff turned off in the ini, enhanced dyn. render, textures at 25% (all else maxed) and -noprefetch. Also had to start a new game. Running an i7 3770, 2gig gtx 960 and an ssd. I wonder can this mod work on open xray to take advantage of 64 bit architecture and multiple cores?

Hey so I'm wondering, is this is basically the remake mod combined with gunslinger? Also using gunslinger's engine version? Which I'm not sure which it is, not openxray right?
Does this run any better than the remake mod because with it I'm getting unbearably low frames even though my pc can handle all of the mods on the original xray or the openxray engine by itself with vanilla. So not sure why that's the case. Tried both the old renders and opengl.
Guess I'll get this and try it out myself.
My bad, thought I was on it already. My only suggestions for the mod so far is to get somebody who's native english for voice-acting, or use the voice lines from the original mod (at least for kate since she's the most prevalent character). English is not my first language either but this voice-acting is, no offense intended - terrible. The level design is really good though. Also the new weapons - their animations need a bit of improvement, but no so bad. Good job overall!

Edit: Oh it was the blur effect from ads. It's fixed with it turned off.
