First game I ever played was Asteroids on an arcade machine that was shaped like a cocktail table. Totally hooked on games ever since. Spent a lot of time and money on pen & paper games, board games, larps, and video games. Fun times! Part of the 5-person development team at Nordic Trolls, currently making Under a Rock.

Here's a retell of a short post made by my old-time colleague Diego. He has single handedly been taking care of all the concept art we need for our games, for years.
Under a Rock character design. One of the great challenges of concept art is being able to adapt to any style, color palette and technique projects will demand. This was something totally new for me, but at the same time fun to be able to go for something more "pixar", in contrast to the games of realism, sci-fi or fantasy that I'm used to, totally disregarding my comfort zones.I really finally discovered new facets of my own work.
