Enjoy!
And for those who cannot watch the video right now, we've also posted the update in text form below.
This July has been really productive , some new members have joined the team and we are moving forward! The people who are new are Semmel, one of the original development team members who was excited to join back in. Limpy, our brand new 3D Modeler. Eric and Newty, who both are level designers and last but not least. Trevor who is our new animator!
Now, let's explain what we've been doing in the month July.
Our lead designer, Stefan is working on a brand new german soldier model and is also working on the win and lose conditions on the maps.
One of our coders, Korneel is currently improving the capture zones of the map La Fiere while Janzen is working on the movement like leaning, crouching and crawling.
Grimmcock is making his previous MP40 model better with some detailed grips!
Paul Jackson, who's is one of our 3D modelers has almost finished the flak 88 wich looks incredible!
Newty, who just joined the development team started working on the whitebox version of the map Saint Marie Du mont which will be one of the next maps that we will focus on. Not only Newty is focusing on diffrent maps, we also have Semmel. Working on a diffrent map. He's working on Eglise wich we are really excited about!
Trevor, who also is new, has been working at animating the reload of the Thompson and also is working on the new sprinting animations!
While the whole development team was busy doing their stuff. I've added a forum at our website.
where we can keep in touch with the whole community. So make sure you make an account and join the conversations! You can find it here.
At least, Pendragon also joined the team, to help setting up and organizing playtests that we are aiming to have in the near future. For that reason, he has managed to secure us a nice deal for a server that we can use to host the RnL dev version.
Again, i want you guys to remind you that we have a facebook and twitter account where you can follow our development.
we're always looking for new members to join our team and help us make this game look and play great again. The skills we require most currently are audio designers and
3D artists with a background in character or prop creation. If you think, you can help, don't hesitate to approach us. And if you want to help, but think your skills are not sufficient yet, contact us anyway.
This team is a place where people can grow over time, we do not expect AAA level quality over night.
Thanks for reading our update! If you have any questions, be sure you leave them below our check out our forum and start a new conversation!
