something's off with his proportions
A huge head, I'd say
big head, arms too short, torso too narrow...
Unless it was intentional of course.
It was intentional cuz his hair and beard is really long and I didnt want to create alot of polygons cuz it is an Web game, so i make the head, the beard and the face all as the same model.
The arms maybe it is because of the angle, but i fixed his position now, i think now is better, thanks for the feedback guys.
Any problems please post, it is good to make the game better.

I like it a lot, feels somewhat old school. Reminds me of the American McGee's Alice.
