Hey. So this is my new game that I've started, Sparky. Sparky's a game about speed, momentum, radioactive dogs, and aliens... So... Yeah. Sparky will be a 2D action game in the vein of... I'm not even sure. It'll be about exploring and traversing the alien bases in the game, and destroying aliens in an efficient, quick manner, all while keeping up momentum. Sparky is being made with the Blender Game Engine and should be available on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
This screenshot shows water, a feature implemented into Sparky. You'll be able to run across it while ionized, but will sink if you stop moving or fall into it.
ohhh as soon i saw this, FLASHBACKS, sonic (mega drive times) rushing on the water at high speed :D
Heh, I got the idea from Sonic. This map's starting to feel like Chemical Plant Zone all over again. :D
You won't beleife the hundreds of hours i spent with sonic on the years back XD
Now i ask another question: Chances we see ramps? (no need to be loops like on sonic :P)
More than likely, yeah. The way I've done the wall-running is aligning the dog to the surface of the ground, so any angle should be doable easily. :)
