This pack replaces the TOC lines in RoN with SWAT 4's equivalents.
Sound mod made by Engee
Inspired by Trivvy's TOC replacement
SWAT 4 in it's entirety is the creation and property of Irrational Games. I claim no ownership over SWAT 4 or the assets used in its creation. Don't sue me.
This mod is not a full replacement of all TOC lines in Ready or Not, but as close as I can feasibly get. I would recommend pairing this with Trivvy's mod if you encounter any inconsistencies.
Installation:
# Navigate to the VO directory in Ready or not (C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO)
# Backup your original or current TOC folder if using another voice line replacement.
# Extract the replacement files into your TOC folder (Not the backed up one you just made).
Congrats, you should notice the difference when you report to TOC
Update 26/12/21
# Modified the failure lines to be more consistent, they'll no longer beep and repeat their prefix.
Known Issues
# Audio is in Mono
# Lines will either be mismatched in some scenarios such as when reporting wounded suspects ('Stabilise and move on' is replaced with the generic 'Roger, EMTs are standing by')
# Lines will repeat more often due to less variation compared to RoN's treatment of the TOC system (Over twice as many lines and segmented by prefix and context.)
If you need to bring anything up, contact me on discord through the Modded or Not Server or leave a comment on ModDB.
TOC will say the prefix, and then nothing else.
consistently? and with all reports or a specific type?
Consistently, but mostly in multiplayer.
i've tested it in multiplayer with other players and i've seen it happen a lot more there now.
Not sure what's happening since the process i used was a batch export from foobar which was then edited in tenacity to remove beeps where present (i didn't manage to get all of them, which is an oversight on my part). maybe it's because it's in mono instead of stereo, I honestly have no idea outside of the usual "oh it's an issue with the game" response.
It should be an easy fix but i've been lazy in actually working on it because it was "good enough" for my tastes in single player.
