Joseph Murray, a 49 year old science professor at Mialara City University, believes he is hallucinating when he sees two of his students eating a third in the university corridors. He soon realizes what he saw was in fact the beginning of a zombie outbreak within his hometown and is quickly re-united with his military past in a battle for survival against the undead. Joseph and his comrades get called up as a Special Operations unit that will ultimately be responsible for finding the cause and the cure of the outbreak.
