OreSome is a 2D strategy game about ore -- exploring space for it, fighting aliens for it, blowing up planets with it. Build a network of frames and bots to defeat your enemies -- or just throw a sun at them. In a dying, decrepit universe full of foes, build up your forces and mine your way to the top of the food chain to explore further and further out into the void. By the time you're ready, you'll be powering light speed jump drives with stars, building Death Star style super weapons with black holes and in charge of the largest scale mining operation ever known to man -- all working for one of humanity's least scrupulous corporations -- and there's a lot of competition.

Hopper Frame – Standardised ore storage units, protect these with your life! And your children’s if need be! Ore is worth more than you! Now that’s clear, you can transfer ore to and from a connected hopper (or planetoid, or such) using the top right Ore Panel. Up arrows transfer to your selected bot, down out to storage The hopper ingame looks like this: One hopper can hold 360 ores of any kind. A filled hopper shows the ores as so: Every block is +/- 10 ores (9 block horizontaly x 4 vertically = 36 storage compartments for 360 ores). The hopper can be emptied using bots attached to and part of the framework the hopper is connected to aswell. Like in this picture the binder bot can get all the blue ores even though it's connected all the way to the right. Also note that bots can only take out the ores that they can have in their inventory (binder bot can't take red ores for example). Anything that saves up ores like Solar Frame (when near sun) or Nuke Frame (when powered), puts ores in hoppers. Personally I think the best way to take out all the ores is by connecting a Command Frame or something. You can load or unload all the ores in and from your builderbot whilest in a Command Frame. The research for the Hopper Frame can be found here: As usual if I missed something or something is not clear to you, please don't hesitate to comment down below. Edited by: svleur |

So how does it work with the solar frames? I just put down a solar frame and a hopper, but both don't seem to be working, there are no blue lights so I can't connect them and all. Edited by: Aarkreinsil |

You need to contruct frames with the builder or breaker bot drill Later there's an upgrade that builds them instantly. Edited by: Freelancer11 |

Whaaaaa °-° Good to know, as far as I know that's not noted anywhere in the notes or tutorials. I always assumed the drill was made for destruction, cause thats what it does in all the other cases xD |

Hmm, apparently it isn't noted, as you say. That obviously needs clarification in game. |

Freelancer11, I'm still making the tutorials. It's a bit ... funny to have to explain the most basic principle and I don't wanna repeat it in EVERY page of the tutorial. Maybe the first framework someone builds should have a msg coming up saying that if the frame doesn't have a hardpoint or seems to be inactive, that they should use the drill on it till it is active ? |

1 would be edited to use boomer bot's to take them out by the time AI fixed going into the sun ... currently however it's just not the cheapest way |
