"The last night I have dreamt of a grey being and His bleak world. The poor figure could not speak, nor hear anything, he couldn't see either nor he could embrace the ones he held dear. So, One Day, the World..."
Hello to all registered players to Indiedb.
I take this opportunity to thank you for the many download: I really appreciate your interest in my game =)However, many did not appreciate "One Day" for some problems, inherent difficulty of the game. I intend to release a new version in which the most frustrating parts will be made easier to allow novice players to enjoy playing too.
I hope you enjoy the novelty: the game will also include a little surprise, so stay tuned!
"One Day, the World" is a minimalistic platformer created with Game Maker 8. It have simple graphics, eerie music and much effort behind it. I hope You...
This game is utterly addictive. It has a beautiful artistic approach which Zanotti extends to all his games consistently, they are all entertaining, highly playable, and thought provoking. Support him, promote him, FORCE him to make more games! If you'd like to see a quick LP of this game you can do so at Prescription Pixel, here! Youtube.com
I played it a bit, it looks interesting, certainly very sad, I like the style! But I have one issue with the controls, because I don't have separate directional keys on my keyboard, so I'd like to change the key binding.
Thanks for the comment, much appreciated!
Let me know what kind of keyset do You need... =)
Using the program JoyToKey, I played with my Xbox controller without any issues until I reached a part where I got stuck because I couldn't make a jump. Also, I think the enemies walk too fast and I didn't understand what that z weapon does.
It's publish day!
I will update "One Day, the World" page with a download link for both versions (easy and normal) of the game =)
Stay tuned!
