Meatshields aims to deliver a convenient, free, turn-based strategy gaming experience to anyone with access to a web browser. It is heavily inspired by the older hand-held tactics games of the early 2000s.
It was designed to allow players to have a competitive or casual battle of wits over the internet by giving them command of a virtual army of ferocious beings. Victory is achieved by outsmarting your foe and defeating them in combat using your forces. Each unit has a unique set of strengths and weaknesses and a game can only be won by utilizing this balance more deftly than your opponent.
