I'm the head of a team that's making a demo of a survival horror game. We have basically all the mechanics in place, most of the soundtrack is done, and the art is underway. I have a video of the prototype. Drive.google.com A list of animations needed. Docs.google.com and have preliminary rev-share contracts ready if requested. All team members' names will be in the credits unless requested otherwise. I'm the team's head dev and writer. We also have a programmer, a sound guy, and 3 artists. The project is an occult mystery set in 1897 with many of the occult elements being drawn from greek mystery traditions, and alchemy. I've been working on this project off and on for about 4 years with active development being roughly the last year and a half. I have plans to seek out a publisher after the demo is finished and failing that, I have plans for crowdfunding and marketing the project myself. The project is mostly self-contained with five levels connected by hub world. Each level features solving puzzles while being stalked by a spirit, while the layout of the map changes as you progress through the level. The narrative is mostly told through in-game notes that must be found and in some cases decypher. Likewise, the marketing is supposed to heavily rely on ciphers to engage the audience.
