It definitelly took a lot less time than THE CAR both in time and effort but that's totally OK as it's only some "ambient noise" mesh that hangs on a wall somewhere in the garage level.
I use Blender 3.2 for creating the model and lightmap UVs (as I don't use texture UVs in most of my game). Then in Unreal Engine 4 I put it to use by placing it on the level, making all the necessary materials and setting up collisions.
