Survive as long as you can on a random dungeon.

The game right now is very simply: just survive as long as you can by avoiding the attack of your enemies. The game will be upgraded adding more features on it.

The basic goal of the game is making a 3D random dungeon (with a complex generation, giving it a lot of ways to generate places) with a lot of enemies and weapons, and making the player to survive on that dungeon. Basically, it's just like saying a 3D non-platformed Metroidvania, without any level transition.

Here I put some of the things I planned to add to the game in futeure versions:

+In-game puzzles:

This is somehting that I had several time on my mind but I don't know how to add this ability to the generator (maybe with an algorithm, I don't know). The idea is simple, there are some points in the dungeon that are connected, not physically but logically. But I think I'll have this on future releases.

+Game appearance:

Yes, I know it. The texture looks horrible, but it doesn't mean it will be forever with that horrible texture. I'll change that, but I haven't enough time and ability to make a good texture.

This doesn't end here, yes the textures will be upgraded but, why the game has no menu? Or, why the dungeons look so simplistic? Yes, they will be upgraded to the best as I can on future releases. Don't worry ;)

Also, if you played the game you eill notice that there is no sound. Soon as I can I'll for you some ambient sound to the game.

+Rooms:

The player will be able to explore rooms. This rooms are not simple rooms, they can be, for example, a big coliseum, just a large room that is connected with another room or passage or even a place where some passages get connected.

This is that I am working right now, but on the next release won't be as I said here, because I don't have enough time to make the 3D collisions map and model on a one release, but it will be upgraded on the next releases.

+Items:

It will be a loot system, so the player will can loot a limited number of items and he will be able to equip or discard these items.

+Chests:

They will drop items, and they will be placed on some rooms.

+And a little bit more


Yes, it sounds like an impossible game to end for some people, but the point is not end the develop of the game, just add things, and making it from scratch.

After a long time, Crawler will have rooms. Right now, I have to polish it a little bit more, but soon I’ll have the new subversion of Crawler.

This new version will only add game optimization, sound effects and rooms. I’t doesn’s sound an update too big for the time expected, but I had too many work. I can't add some screenshots because right now i'ts not polished at all, but I'll upload some when It's entirely polished.

In this update, the rooms are going to be as normal places, but in next updates I will add chests and a loot system - and probably, rooms would be able to be place where you have to fight aganist a boss or aganist an horde.

Very nice! very nostalgic and fun, a little hard in my opinion but still very entertaining! I hope I get to see more of this :)

Thanks for being the first comment. Well, right now the game doens't needs to be funny, I just give to you the game progress. But nice to see that it's funny for someone.

Also, you can give me ideas for enemies, weapons, game playability, rooms (that I'm working right now) etc, making a game made by the community and me ;)
