Aeon Command on Linux

The tug of war strategy game Aeon Command by indie crew Bat County Games is available for the first time on Linux. The team finished tested earlier this week on Ubuntu 12.10.

The standalone version of Aeon Command went live earlier this week and the Desura client version went live today. The development team has already received a warm welcome from the Linux gaming community.

The development team is interested in feedback, so please leave any comments on the Aeon Command store page or Desura forums.

just re-launched desura on linux and I can't see it in my games list.

Get "Aeon Command is not supported on this platform. There are no releases for this platform [74.0]" when I try the "Play Game" button on the desura page

What version of Linux (not sure if it matters)? If it doesn't work via the Desura client, then you might try the stand alone versions as well.

I'm on Linux Mint 64-bit. Being 64-bit might be an issue. The standalone version works great

I'll install a 64 bit OS in a bit and give it a shot. Thanks for the feedback.
