Is Hollow Knight too hard for you? Say goodbye to 'git gud' with god mode. Grants immunity to all damage. (Godmaster update!)
This mod will prevent all types of damage, including environmental hazards. It also negates knockback effects. This means you can walk right through spikes, enemies, etc. (Nail-jumping still works though!) Unfortunately, this also means that you may occasionally fall through things you aren't supposed to fall through and get stuck. If this happens, don't panic, the game is not broken. Simply reload (by quitting to menu) and you will respawn at the last bench, as usual.
Invulnerability doesn't affect your save file, so you can turn it on and off at will without any long-term effects. Instructions for enabling and disabling the mod are in the readme.
Remember, this file ONLY works with version 1.4.2.4 of Hollow Knight! You can see the version number at the bottom left of the main menu screen.
Notes: I've had reports that the mod breaks controller support for Mac and Linux - not much I can do about that, unfortunately. The controller will begin working again if you disable the mod.

Thank you, i dont have that much time to learn the patern in godmaster dlc.. I just want to finish this for the story because the game is amazing.
Hello. I'm new to modding. I scrolled through the comments on an older version and added the file to steam/steamapps/common/Hollow Knight/hollow_knight_Data/Managed/ like they said and it did not work for me. Am i doing something wrong? I'm on the version it needs to be on.
Please follow the instructions in the README file. Specifically, make sure you have appropriately renamed the dll after copying it to the installation folder. It must be named "Assembly-CSharp" in order to work. If you have already done this and it's still not working, let me know and I will troubleshoot with you.

The mod works, but it disables my USB gamepad. Anybody know how to fix this?
