Hey there! This is the first of two articles that will be published about Lucid Insanity, and it is a two-week project made by a group of four people, with which person having a specific role on the project.
Lucid Insanity is a game inspired by the song Even Flow (released in 1991 by the famous band Pearl Jam).
This game is being developed in GB Studio.
Our main (and only) goal for this project is to provide an enjoyable experience to the player that represents a bit of song that it's inspired by.
Lucid Insanity is a top-down puzzle game inspired by the song Even Flow, by Pearl Jam, and it follows the life of a prisoner and his attempt to escape the prison he's in! You, as the player controlling him, need to explore the prison, interact with the environment and it secrets to fulfil your desire to escape! But with each passing day, well... let´s just say something doesn't feel right...
In this first week, our team as only worked on Game Design ideas for the game, such as mechanics, narrative and more! By the end of next week, we'll already have a full game for you to see!
