Hello all, I'm currently hiring a 3D Character Rigger to help out on the Team's JRPG game and on a VTuber project that we'll be using to promote the game! Ideally, the applicant will be well versed in Maya (For the Game Demo) and Blender (For the VTuber) but if you're proficient in one or the other send a resume out anyways, and depending on what software you use provided you're brought on board you'll be assigned to either or project.

Can Rig in Blender as well as Maya Lt.

Retopologizing high-poly meshes to optimize your rig.

Can export VRM models

Making rigs that are motion capture friendly for software such as VR Chat and/or used to import into software such as Blender/Maya LT for mocap clean up.

Description:

The applicant would be skilled in the realms of making 3D Character rigs for bi-pedal characters and ideally quadrupeds as well. You also know how to retopologize a high-poly mesh to make your rig more optimized for both you and the animator. A Character Rig will be provided, the weights need to be painted.
Any work completed for the Game Demo and the Blender Project is allowed to be displayed on your portfolio page.


The Maya Lt License seat will be provided.
