re-balance mod, for UAI 2.5: more enemy, return rpg & granade and other staff in game meta
Installation:
1) Create a mods folder in the game directory.
2) Move the hard folder.
Launch:
Settings - Select mod - Activate.
Quick Launch:
Create a shortcut with a tag./ufo +set fs_gamedir hard (pcm properties - add ./ufo +set fs_gamedir hard to the object field).

- Snipe_shot time changed from 14 to 24TU
- Damage changed from "65 10" to "140 20"
- The usage time of medical packages has been changed from 25TU to 15TU
- The amount of health restored has been increased to x2
- The spread and roll of explosive and thermite grenades has been increased from 1.8 to 1.5 2.5"
- The radius of the fire field when rolling a thermite grenade has been changed from 3 to 2
NOTE: The radius of the tackle is 2 less than the throw from the canopy, for a thermite grenade, a gap in the air gives an advantage in spreading the combustible mixture.
- The speed of all missiles has been reduced from 1500 to 800
- High-explosive missile spread has been reduced from 2.4 to 2
- Sniper bullets are 20% lighter.
- The spread of the "Suppression queue" at the machine gun has been reduced by two from 20 to 10
- A small rebalance of classes for recruits, now recruits feel better in those skills that are used for weapons to which they are predisposed.
- Fixed a couple of minor bugs.
