I've been working on this game called Tantere for about 6 months now. Started from a scratch, it finally feels like an RPG but is still missing a lot of content. I've been keeping a break from programming and drawing only the game graphics; I'm no graphic artist so mind the graphics being a bit simple.
Those yellow pillars need some improving...

I have no idea when there will be a (beta) release. Creating the game world will also take ALOT of time!
Looks good mate. What development tools are you using?
I'm programming it with MS visual studio in C++ language, additional libraries are SDL, OpenGL and FMod for input, graphics and sound.
Graphics are drawn with MS Paint
Yeah I use MSPaint too. I don't need no new-fangled Photoshop! I'm making a roguelike, I found a nice bit of free software for designing 2d tile based maps which I use for the premade (not random) levels
