At the moment we're working hard towards our vertical slice, on the art side this week we've been putting together some new enemies along with their basic animations, this will allow us to pop them quickly into our editor.
Our pipeline for this is pretty straight forward, starting with the modeling in Qubicle (a great voxel editor produced by Minddesk), exported out as .obj's into a 3d program such as Blender for rigging and animation. Finally we export it as a collada file ( .DAE) for popping into the editor, usually checking the file's working first in AssimpView, a great little model viewer avaliable here
Lookin good guys. The animations on the bot with the arm guns was amazing. Keep up the great work and I'll keep putting the word out. Keep me posted on the progress :)
