So far I can only utilize native code, I'm trying to learn spriting and I also write, play/make music, but I can draw quite well (I'm just trying to get better at trying virtual characters that can actually move :P I would enjoy to manage a games development (I help with minor overseeing but I can easily handle bigger projects), but I also enjoy seeing other peoples creations as well ^^
You know, a program (usable only for still figures unfortunately) that is very easy to learn is Pixologic.com by Pixologic, the same company as ZBrush. I'm only an amateur with it, but you can see some of the stuff I did with it here: C-hillman.deviantart.com
So what aspects of game design do you do? Or are you just on the site for other's games? :p

Sorry about the delayed response but it apparently doesn't notify about replies to comments on other's profiles...
So you make music for games? Wish I could but nothing I make turns out decent. >.<
Ever try "Blender" for making/animating characters? I stink at it personally but I've seen some excellent animations made with it.
Unfortunately for me my current project is my first so I don't really have any experience to draw upon except as a writer.
been trying to use blender but like you say, it has a big learning curve :'(

I use Sculptris mainly for fun, but it also helps for character design. I designed two of my game's bosses in it.
The "Demon Lord" and the "Drail"
