Seeking Department Managers to oversee and recruit for various departments for a game project development. Department managers will work with Project Manager to plan out development of game and to discuss potential features. This is a great opportunity to explore with your creative side. Game development departments are; Programming, Character Design, Architectural Design, AI, Effects, Clothing and Weapons, Misc. These aren't all inclusive. Project is a profit share, as such we will not set time requirements and tasks will be completed as time becomes available. We seek both experienced game designers/modders as well as those without official experience how have the ability to self teach.
Requirements:
Regular access to internet
Organizational Skills
Access to average gaming PC.
Ability, or willingness to learn, skills associated with department.
Already own or willing to purchase game design software chosen. (This will be reimbursed or may be purchased for you depending on funds).
Profit Share percentages will be discussed after recruitment of interested parties prior to signing of contract during our first online session. Percentages are negotiable.
