2d Artist and Animator job

I am looking for a 2d Artist/Animator, very strong in animation, to both design and produce the artwork for my latest game, King Randall's Party. King Randall's Party is a side view tower defense game called King Randall's Party, where instead of building pre-fabricated defenses, the player builds everything block by block in an attempt to hold off the enemy. Characers will be, on average, 32x64 pixels, and style may vary. I can go with either a pixel look, or a more streamlined vector or rasterized look.

The candidate must have very strong animation skills, and experience creating small 2d creatures/people with a lot of pop and character to them. If you have examples of this sort of work in your portfolio, and are interested in the contract, please contact me.
