Light the Way : The Darkness Journey Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, AndroidTab, Metro, MetroTab game

Hello everybody, I am Second Cross, and I am proud to present you the beginning of this new game : Light the Way: The Darkness Journey.

Even though the graphic style of the game isn't new (and is currently not finished), I hope the gameplay will please you. This is on this side I want to dig, to bring some new experience: play with the different lights, and with audio and sounds.

For the moment, I created lots of gameplay elements as you'll see (or you saw!) on the revelation video. Some examples: circular saw, falling and moving platforms, or "guns" (actually, they doesn't kill you but they try to block you as they can). They are infinite possibilities with these elements. And each will makes levels harder. Especially you are in the dark. Moving and/or falling platform are horrible when you can't see very far.

To finish, I'll say the goal of the game is to give you an hard experience. It is not supposed to be an easy game. The weak lighting with hard levels will resist you.

I released the first alpha of the game. There are 9 levels. There are no sounds and no musics on this release. Use space to jump, arrows to move and left shift to move faster. Download it and try it here :
