Kidblock is a kid friendly (violence free) voxel based creative game. Development began March 2013, on a custom voxel, physics and game engine for a different game to be announced later. Kidblock is to be released free on the apple app store and will serve as a mass beta test for my game engine.

I've spent all week working through the UI- menu screens mostly. Last night, as well as tonight has been focused on the audio engine and sound effects. I have found it extremely difficult to find and create appropriate sound effects that add value to the game - immersive as opposed to distracting, and blend cohesively together. I've decided to keep it simple for now and to expand the sound effects in later updates.
