Description
Imagine Pong but instead of one ball, there are 500 - think: 'Pong on steroids'! You can rotate your bat giving you fine control over which way every ball bounces. There are different power-ups to collect (or avoid) including: Invisiball, Inversion and of course IMPOSSIBALL. You can play against the AI or with up to 3 friends. There are multiple game modes including Dodgeball: where you must avoid the balls as they get bigger and faster.
History
Impossiball was first released back in September 2014 on the XBox 360 Indie Game Marketplace. It was created purely out of fun with only one rule: did we enjoy playing it? We submitted the game to Steam Greenlight and, in May 2015, we were greenlit. We decided to re-build the game completely in Unity and moved from 2D to 3D. The game was released via Steam's Early Access in September 2016 and has continually improved since then.
Features
- A modern take on Atari's classic: PONG
- 3 Game Modes: Impossiball, Dodgeball and Loneball

- Best played with friends or, if you're up for a challenge, try and beat the AI

About Dark Duo Games
Boilerplate
We’re an Independent game developer trying to recapture some of the magic and nostalgia from our childhood and update it for the modern market. In particular we’re interested in local two-player game-play reminiscent of the days before mainstream on-line gaming, where you had one console, two controllers, two friends and hours of fun.
