Dri.8 is a vertical scifi scroller, where the player manipulates an array of various obstacles to help a spaceship through space. The player can upgrade the ship in three categories; manipulation speed, prediction (a visual indication of the ship’s future position) and finally hull strength. This is definitely needed as the difficulty (ship speed and obstacles spacing) increases every few levels. The faster the player completes the level the higher the score. Extra points are earned keeping the ship hull intact and saving allies while keeping the player’s own ship safe. It is almost always possible to improve the level highscore.
