ClassiCube is a free game developed originally by the ClassiCube Development Team, however development has been passed on solely to UnknownShadow200 and goodlyay. It is based off of the original Minecraft Classic, but it comes with many brand new features which matches it with the original version of Minecraft.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST FEATURES ARE AVAILABLE ON MULTIPLAYER AND NOT SINGLEPLAYER. IN ORDER TO EXPERIENCE IT FULLY, PLEASE REGISTER AN ACCOUNT ON HERE TO ACCESS ALL FEATURES OF THE GAME.

ClassiCube now runs on our new client, "ClassicalSharp" which comes with many new features. Just like back in the day you can create your own maps using voxels, compete in building contests, play various different minigames and roleplay as much as you wish, but it doesn't end there anymore. Our newest feature CPE (Classic Protocol Extension) unlocks a variety of new features and enhancements such as:

• A new set of blocks which were absent in the original version!
• Hotkeys which makes your building experience much easier!
• A new and improved player list and entity system which allows you to customize skins!
• Environment settings which allow you to change the appearance of the sky, clouds, fog, sunlight, shadow and even texture of the map as well as controlling the weather!
• A variety of entity models you can choose from for minigames!
• A feature allowing you to create your own blocks!
• Animated textures!
• Dynamic lighting (experimental)!

We already have a few established communities such as the New Blood Community and Jacobs_ Capture The Flag. Every year many competitions are held which come with in-game rewards and steam gift cards.
