Rad!
It strikes me that the "tells" might be the hardest part to nail, they have the potential to be a dead give away.
Are turns timed to limit the "I'll just squint and wait for a tell" factor?

Each character has 2 tells, which are visually different. Tells don't always indicate someone has cheated. The first tell indicates it 50% of the time, and the second tell indicates it 90 % of the time. The more you cheat, the more likely your 90% tell will happen, and more often.

The reason we did it this way is so that seeing someone's tell doesn't necessarily mean they cheated (could be a false tell). We're still testing this of course and it will probably need some fine tuning.

Turns are timed, something like...10-15 seconds, if it runs out you "hold".

So, there's a lot to think about in the 15 seconds you're allotted. Do I try and spot a tell? Do I accuse them? Do I draw? Do I hold? Do I cheat?

We just started programming these gameplay mechanics so lots of this is going to get tested and proven (or thrown out) very soon!
