Awesome deal and the engine is top notch but 1000 euro is alot for a indie engine. Not many indies will buy this unless they have already been established in the industry with there first game making them some money.
I don't know much about engines but why would you choose this engine over the Unreal engine?
If you are an indie developer you normally don't have much money, and the UDK provides a free engine. So there must be something really good about the Unigine engine.
UDK isn't free, it implies 25% royalty, while Unigine offer is completely royalty-free.
