I was aiming for the 1st, but the 2nd will have to do. I have thrown together as much of the "working" code as I can to get this out and available for download. JUNK will be a space RTS designed for a touchscreen interface. Still very early and still very rough. You can find a download for both Windows and Android in the Files section, though Android is the primary development target at the moment. I welcome any feedback and bug reports you may have. Don't expect a complete game as this is just a very small subset of what will be available. Thanks and have fun playing around with it. I'm going to be trying to get at least one good build out a week until it is in a more playable state. So keep watching for updates.
